Jeff and Julie Stotko approached Larson Builders with a clear vision and a dream to turn their 1970’s classic rambler into a beautiful and breathtaking Lakefront property in Waconia. The couple had a very specific look they wanted to achieve and knew that Larson Builders would be the one to get it done! The before pictures say it all, and at first glance, this looks like a complete home remodel. The end result tells a new story, it is indeed a masterpiece. The finished product is what happens when you combine a maintenance free exterior with the exceptionally talented craftsmanship and design that can only be found at Larson Builders.
There are many challenges when it comes to blending old and new construction together, and even more so when you factor in the weather here in Minnesota. That’s what makes this project so uniquely beautiful within itself. It can not only withstand the test of time, but also has the ability to function no matter what natural elements are put in its path.
We had the pleasure to work with Larson Builders for a large remodel job we undertook. They were fantastic to work with. The crew was very respectful and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend them for your next project.
